Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after payment has been completed. Please review the details of each plan carefully before purchasing.

Refund requests will be considered individually only in the following circumstances:

• You were unable to use the Service because of a technical problem on our side.
• You were charged twice.
• Other circumstances attributable to our fault.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be charged from the next renewal date. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of the month in which you cancel.

The free trial is available as a separate Trial plan for one month. No credit card is required. Access expires at the end of the trial, with no automatic upgrade or charge. To continue on a paid plan, you must subscribe separately. Paid plans do not include a 7-day or 10-day free trial.
